Be considerate of what you say. Saying less and showing them their worth and value, and then loving them through your understanding is often a much greater way to motivate them. Affection from the “well of love” is a strong motivator. All you have to do is to keep influencing them to live for excellence and for a purpose. Encouragement will do more good for others than criticism.
When someone feels beaten down or defeated, it is important to be observant, so we will not add to their already difficult position. Words spoken to them of their failings or mistakes won’t make them any more aware of their predicament.
