What is holding you back from creating your own reality?
As humans, we often create excuses why we cannot and should not change our lives.
This is akin to being stuck with self-destructive negative thoughts that we believe about ourselves. Our negative thoughts and lack of self-esteem can sabotage our well-being
on every level. It can cause disharmony, be it emotional, physical or mental.
Creating your own reality, all comes down to your choices or decisions. Many people
don't manifest what they want because they are not willing to choose. They are so afraid
to make a mistake that they never move forward in life. They raise questions such as; " What should I be, a doctor or a lawyer?" "Should I change my job for something better?" "Shall I marry him/her or shall I not?" "Should I reconcile with the person that I truly love,
or will I regret it for the rest of my life?" Sound familiar?
When you look at yourself in the mirror, instead of thinking about the things you don't like take a step back and ask yourself, what is it that you don't like about yourself? Who has
told you, that you are wrong or inadequate? What was the agenda of this person or group of people, when they told you that you were not okay? Was someone hoping to make you subservient?
Beyond the motives of the people who emphasize, what they see as your faults, you have
a big part in what you choose to believe about yourself. You don't have to accept, what others have said or implied about you. You do have to accept your complicity, when you allow them to create the reality of the situation. There's only one known antidote to diminish the reality that others have created for you; create your own reality.
Many invalid negative beliefs, anchor themselves in our subconscious mind after a
traumatic experience and/or reinforcement by others. By reaching deep down our
inner-self, and acknowledging our truths and beliefs, we are able to change our reality.
By gaining back our self-confidence, our beliefs and taking control of our inner-truths,
we are able to heal ourselves, body and soul and create wellness on all levels.
The question remains; so what to do? How about balancing some of the negative information with something positive? How about utilizing positive affirmations? I know that for many, affirmations are effective, whilst others just get bored with them. There is a way however, to use "affirmations" with powerful results, as long as we employ the power of our true feelings. The bottom line is; you need to believe in "YOU." Deep down, you need to know what you really want in life. You need to be assertive, that you are capable of doing anything; that you put your mind to and be committed to your goals. We all make mistakes and we should learn from them.
When we reach self-awareness and truly understand ourselves, we are then able to manifest and create our own wellness, in effect of creating our own reality. When we make the connection between what we feel, what we think, what we believe within
ourselves and what we are manifesting into our lives, we fully participate in creating our
own reality. Changing our beliefs, changes our personal truths, and this in turn changes
our lives. It can be a transformation of a well-deserved life.
Loving ourselves is the most important thing that we can do, and most often it is something that we forget. Happiness comes from within. We must not be conceited about ourselves in the process of creating our own reality. Once you have accomplished creating your own reality, remind yourself to always be humble.
