Each year draws to an end, our lives does not pause. We are at liberty to create new history for ourselves by continuity. We shall look beyond the scope and see that inevitably, there is something new that is about to be in front of us. There are new hopes and dreams to engage life in the way that aligns with our values and beliefs.
It is a way of change to clear the old and make room for the new within the space of time. It is a time where we can “begin again” with a “clean slate” and take whatever we are doing to the next level. It’s a process of restructuring our lives, as it is our “new resolution” to change us for the better. Another year is coming to a close. Sometimes it's easy to look back and focus on what went wrong and what didn't work out. It’s important to take some time to remember the good things which happened during the year. Life can be stressful. No matter what you do, there will always be deadlines, inconveniences, time crunches and negative interactions with others. This is especially true during the holiday season.
This is the time of year when stress can be overwhelming. And it can easily lead to overeating and weight gain. There’s a solution to overcoming stress. Try not to “rush” yourself into doing everything at one go. You are likely to make mistakes and errors. Work yourself out into exercising; it does not need to be vigorous. Take some time out for yourself; it’s well needed to function adequately. Get sufficient sleep. Generally, we regret what we don't do in life. Even if we look back on past actions or decision and wish we hadn't been so impulsive or seemingly foolish, part of us is glad we at least discovered something we wouldn't have discovered otherwise.
It is rare to find a person who brings out the best in you, no matter what mood you're in. This is a person you can rely on. A person you should rely on. It is a partnership built on mutual respect and a shared sense of what is the right thing to do.
