Generally, low self-esteem and the lack of self-confidence are related to mental wellbeing and other emotional issues that affect all aspects of one’s life. Those with low self-esteem have trouble dealing with failure, or what they perceive to be failure.
They tend to experience social anxiety making social interaction more difficult and stressful than they should be. The lack of excitement that they feel is the end result of not living the life they are supposed to live. Their emotional life holds them back.
