Most of us have lost loved ones, who passed on. And if, you haven't lost someone, you are going to lose someone, someday, and you are going to be the person that someone losses, someday.
All of us, our life will end someday. As human beings, the hardest thing is to accept death. We all deal with someone, who has passed away.
Everybody has an individual grief process. It's important that we all have our grieve process. If you feel that you need to grieve than do so.
Be open about it and grieve your way. It's okay to cry and release our emotions. It’s okay to feel sad emotions deeply without having to dismiss it.
It's okay to talk about your loss. It's okay to rekindle sweet memories of them. It's okay to speak their names, talk to them, talk to others and share their memories with others.
We can't put a time frame on grieving. If it gets too much to handle it, see some counseling. We want to be around people, who are conducive and supportive to our grieve processes and be respected for it.
CHERISH LIFE!
