Your fears are based on insecurity, lack of self-confidence, lack of self-worth, lack of self-belief. We all go through life with doubts and fears, its human to feel this way.
Having fear does not make you a weak person, or a lesser person than someone else, who is able to face their fears. Some fears protects us against danger and harm, and other times, fear prevents us from moving forward, simply because as human beings, we are afraid of the “unknown” of what lies ahead.
Basically fears are sometimes known as panic attack. Fear has the tendency to control us either in a positive way or negative way. It all comes down to being able to know the difference and challenging it.

Your mind is a power tool. Use it in a positive way. Remove all negative thoughts which build fears and doubts. Use your fears to guide you and give you strength.
