Don't let those little things that often annoy you, or bother you throw you off track. Instead, think about what you want and do your best to make sure you enjoy your day by doing at least one thing that you like - just for the pure fun of
it.
Whether it's getting some quiet time at a coffee shop, catching up with an old friend, watching your favourite TV show, spooning your favourite ice cream straight from the tub, reading a book or something else; just take a moment
to do something you enjoy.
Forget about the little things that throw you off track. Little things like what somebody said, what they might have said, what they meant, what they did,
or what went wrong, or what didn't work out.
Don't dwell on those little negative things that annoy you and only make life worse. If you keep thinking about the little negative things, they'll get bigger, they'll spread, and they’ll attract more negative situations and more negative people. That's how things go from bad to worse really quickly.
Instead, brush those little negative things aside. Then think about what you
want, and do things you enjoy. Do at least one thing you enjoy - just for the
pure fun of it.
Do what you like and make the most of it and you'll attract more positive situations. You'll get rid of the negative energy that slows you down.
