What encouraged you to pursue a particular plan that might be giving you second thoughts for doing so?
You had a good reason at some point to believe that what you were embarking upon was good and in your best interests. You've set a process in motion, yet you are now having second thoughts. Making plans are essential to project towards our goals. When we're fired up and want to make something happen, we don't appreciate distractions or discovering that our carefully laid plan must take into account an unforeseen development.
All it takes sometimes is one problem to rear its head, and we become convinced that everything else is either going awry or about to do so. We believe ourselves to be cursed or fighting unseen forces determined to thwart our every move.
There are times in life, when we really can afford to 'laugh off' certain problems. They present themselves and are confident that we will react with worry. When we do this, they feel important and that they're being given justified attention. However, they become concerned, when we choose to see them as insignificant, or as less problematic than we did previously.
That's where my opening question applies. It does appear a certain plan is proving painful to make happen, but don't let that isolated issue deter or discourage you from focusing on what is right and positive. It's important you give attention to what, or who is cooperating and helpful. You need to remind yourself of your reasons for doing what you have done so far. Give something a chance.
We know the saying about calm appearing before a storm. In reality, calm we experience often gives good indication of how strong a storm is likely to be. See it as such and react accordingly.
