How did you end up in a certain situation?
So much in life is circular and cyclical. We're often unaware of how situations
repeat themselves. You're aware of how, you find yourself in a situation that you're surprised to find yourself in. You thought likelihood of experiencing a certain scenario again was unlikely. Yet history is repeating itself in some way.
It clearly wasn't of your making yet, you seem to be very much involved
with finding a solution for it. As easy as it might be, to be resentful toward having
to be involved in a way you are, try turning the proverbial telescope around. Look
at the situation from a different angle. You will have to retrace some steps, but as familiar as, what you're experiencing is the outcome will be unfamiliar and welcomed.
We often regret what we did not do. We can all reflect upon what we should have done or said, when chance presented itself. We usually postpone or refuse the seizing of opportunities because we believe time is on our side, or that another chance, perhaps even a better one, will come along before long. Dwelling on 'what might have been' is not helping you.
A certain situation can remain as it is, but is that what you want? I suspect that
where tension that has manifested between you and a certain person is concerned, you'd prefer that a discussion took place, even on a basic level. At least that would move things along and eliminate the 'stalemate' that exists. It's interesting how someone else might feel the same. They're a bit confused about what happened
and why. If you can instigate a conversation, they'd appreciate it. You're involved because more than one person believes, you can offer something they cannot.
You hold more influence in some way than you probably realize.
