Release Past Hurts
There are those of us, who knows what it feels like to be divorced, dumped, or jilted. It’s almost like losing a limb. The pain may be deeper, if a woman has been innocent enough
to miss the vital signs. Divorce, adultery or even death, women feel it so strongly, and are shattered by the impact.
They are least likely to express themselves freely. Their minds are focused on private matters, specific problems and past issues are deep in their thoughts. They’re searching behind the curtain and examining the past for answers.
It would be in your best interest to take your time to figure them out. Look to the past and look deep within you for the answers, you so desperately desire to find. Be alert in finding answers to, too much needed questions. Be careful in wasting time on issues that no
longer hold precedence. However, do avoid being dragged down by issues that have outgrown their worth and purpose. You don’t want to spin your wheels on a turned-over
cart.
Sometimes when your expectations are too high, the end result even though it is successful will not seem good enough. Re-examine these areas and perhaps lower your expectations a tad. Feeling the need to reach certain outcomes should not be so high that these outcomes are unreachable.
This will not only emotionally destroy you, but will interfere with your mental intellect as
well. Know what you are capable of, feel the actual passion of what you desire and be keenly aware of your limitations. Your goals can be reached when given the right touch.
Be patient enough and this will soon pass, and your ability to reap the rewards will be
within your view.
Examining the past in order to improve the future is certainly worthwhile, as long as you don’t waste your energy on guilt. Also, don’t put yourself down with unnecessary guilt.
Everyone needs time to heal over their misery. After a period of mourning and
bereavement on your own terms, when you feel ready to go on, MOVE AHEAD
confidently and purposefully.
